3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You can sign up using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email/password
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Post, upload, or transmit any content that is:
    • Offensive, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights
    • Containing viruses or malicious code
    • Spam or unsolicited communications

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

5.2 Group Sharing

  • When you share scores with a group, other group members can view your scores
  • Group owners and admins have additional permissions to manage the group
  • You can leave a group at any time, which will stop sharing new scores with that group
  • Historical scores shared with groups remain visible to group members

5.3 Content Accuracy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • We are not responsible for errors in user-entered data
  • You can edit or delete your scores at any time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

  • The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Quantified Golf
  • All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

6.2 Third-Party Services

  • The Service uses third-party services (Firebase, Google Places API, etc.)

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

8. Group Features

8.1 Group Creation and Management

  • Group owners can remove members or delete groups

8.2 Group Participation

  • Joining a group is voluntary
  • You can leave a group at any time
  • Group members can see your display name and scores you share with the group
  • You are responsible for your conduct within groups

8.3 User Blocking

  • You can block other users to prevent them from interacting with you
  • Blocked users cannot see your profile or send you invitations

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions

10. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantified Golf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • You can delete your account through the app or by contacting us
